How to configure Retreats/Camps
In the following short tutorial, we will show how you can list a basic Retreat or Camp. You can check the result ( sample retreat) here.
1. Login to your account.
2. Navigate to "Partner dashboard". ( After login you automatically land here)
3. Navigate from submenu "Experience" than "Retreats/Camps
4. Click "+NEW" button to add a new Retreat or Camp.
5. Now we are ready to configure the main part: the retreat itself. There are 6 tabs we train here, some tabs are not covered here.
Tab General: you will need to enter basic information about your retreat here.
Tab Publishing: You define what data you collect from your guest. You can upload the relevant photos of your retreat. You set a lot of other relevant data of your retreat.
Tab Contact: enter some information about your business, this informatin will be used in the outgoing emails.
Tab Pricing: this is where you define your retreat's pricing, you can define simple flat pricing (per person) or pricing per quantity. We also support child pricing by age ranges.
Simple flat pricing: if you charge the same price for each adult, just enter your price into field “Price per person”.
Pricing per booked number of adults: if you charge different prices according to the number of booked adult.
Policy: Define what the price includes, excludes, and define your cancellation policy.
Tab Available dates: this is where you define your retreats’s availability, by default, your retreat has no availability and you need to click on the dates that you want to make it available (Hint: click on the month name to select the whole month).
Tab Payments: configure your payment gateways. First we suggest to use "Pay Later".
